Sanjay was appointed as Group CEO of Azentio in August 2023. Drawing upon 25 years of customer-centric leadership in global software and security enterprises, Sanjay’s expertise encompasses program development that drives revenue and expansion.

In his recent role as Chief Revenue Officer at Datto – a renowned provider of cloud-based software and security solutions – Sanjay led Datto’s go-to-market strategy, culminating in the company’s IPO and its eventual acquisition by Kaseya in June 2022. Prior to his tenure at Datto, Sanjay spent nearly 18 years at Akamai Technologies, building and overseeing various go-to-market functions across the globe.

Rahul spearheads the Azentio revenue division with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, championing several key customer initiatives during his career as well as building the streamlined go-to-market strategies needed for targeting industry specific business opportunities.

In his previous role at Trellix (McAfee Enterprise + FireEye) as their first Managing Director for South Asia, he was instrumental in building exceptional pipeline growth, ensuring solid sales execution, and driving customer relationships to achieve sustainable growth. Rahul has also held prominent positions with Citrix , Akamai, Radware and Skybox.

As Chief Financial Officer, Gaurav heads the finance, accounting, corporate development and commercial excellence functions at Azentio. He guides Azentio’s financial strategy, leveraging his strong growth mindset and extensive hands-on experience in transforming and scaling IT businesses, both organically and inorganically through M&A and strategic partnerships.

He was previously the Global Controller of Wipro Limited, responsible for driving excellence in external financial reporting, consolidation of financials, accounting compliance and controls, process simplification, running the Accounts Payable shared services and implementation of emerging technologies in finance. In his 20 years with Wipro, he has played multiple roles in the Finance function including Internal Audit, Large Deals, Business Finance Head in 4 different units responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability, M&A related activities and as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Head.

Gaurav is a Chartered Accountant, a Company Secretary and a Certified Treasury Manager.

He is based in Bangalore with his wife and 2 children.

Savitha joined Azentio as Head – Contracts. She manages the entire Contracts Function (including clients, partners and vendor contracts) across Azentio Group. Presently, Savitha is the General Counsel spearheading the Legal team and providing legal support, advice and guidance across legal and compliance matters.

Savitha is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, including as an Independent Lawyer & Partner of a mid-sized law firm. She is specialized in corporate & commercial laws and employment laws and has varied experience advising domestic and international clients, both start-ups and established companies in different sectors.

Savitha holds a BSc & LLB degrees from Bangalore University, Karnataka, India and an LLM (Business Law) from Kuvempu University, Karnataka, India.

As Azentio’s Chief Customer Officer, Aarthi will be focused on delivering excellence in customer success. In her role, Aarthi will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by overseeing all customer-facing activities. This includes managing customer success teams, support services, and customer experience strategies to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption and ongoing engagement with Azentio products suite.

Aarthi joins Azentio with over two decades of experience in the IT industry, encompassing both services and SaaS. Previously at Freshworks, she led account management and customer success for strategic accounts across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions. In her previous role, as Head of GTM Operations, she played a key role in scaling operations and aligning the same with the company’s IPO goals. Before Freshworks, Aarthi had a successful tenure at Cognizant as the global COO for a major business unit, and she also played a significant role in incubating and scaling the Asia Pacific business.

Aarthi comes with a strong educational pedigree and is a gold medallist from both NIT Trichy where she did her Engineering and Indian School of Business, Hyderabad where she did her post graduate program in Management. She also holds unique distinction of being a Fulbright scholar from Carnegie Mellon University.

Smitha Rao, is Azentio’s SVP & Head of Human Resources and is responsible for leading the global HR function, including supporting business transformation and modernization. She is passionate about leveraging the strategic power of the People function beyond the classic definition of the role.

She brings over 24 years of experience as an accomplished HR leader, known for her passion to lead, inspire, and develop talent. She has a proven track record in designing and executing scalable HR strategies across diverse geographies. Her expertise spans coaching and supporting leaders through organizational design, process automation, driving change management initiatives, and building high-performance teams.

Her primary focus is to play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, leading talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain, while ensuring strong succession planning and leadership development. She is also committed to building a positive workplace culture by continuously enhancing the overall employee experience.

Harikrishnan (Hari) Venkataramanan is President – ERP at Azentio, leading the company’s enterprise resource planning strategy across product, engineering, and go-to-market functions. With 25+ years in enterprise tech and two decades in leadership at Ramco Systems across EMEA and India, Hari brings deep regional expertise and a strong track record in ERP transformation.

He is known for delivering double-digit growth, high retention, and customer-centric innovation in complex, vertical-specific deployments. At Azentio, he is focused on accelerating product innovation, expanding market share, and driving impact in high-growth ERP segments including manufacturing, distribution, and financial management.
